Is it unusual for Daratumumab to fail to work on Myeloma within the first few months? I was on for less 5 months.

Iwas on dara/dex/lenalidomide for my first line treatment (diag June 2024) It worked well initially then stopped really quickly and my numbers went really high again (500+). I am now on Velcade/dexa once a week.

We all have a different myeloma. Several factors affect how the drugs work on our individual myeloma. I hope you have an excellent response to Velcade. Thankfully there are several options and combinations they can try to get your myeloma under good control.
