Stacey,
This is normal for MM. MM takes calcium out of your bones and probably your muscles which cause spasms. Fight back by taking supplements. I take 1200+ Calcium with Magnesium (MRM Bone Maximizer III) and D3 & K2. Eliminate salt and salty foods. Eliminate caffeinated drinks and caffeine. They all cause a decrease in Calcium. I had cramps in my feet so bad my toes would touch my shins. Now I don’t have them anymore. Read @A MyMyelomaTeam Member posts for his list of supplements. I highly recommend Dr Brandy’s book “Beat Back Cancer Naturally.”

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the team. I’ve been dealing with Muscle Cramps/ Spasms well over a year. I read extensively due to no solutions from our practitioners. I was previously diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis- Spasm that would contort my feet, toes and run up my legs and thighs.
During my reading these cramps were referred to as “Nocturnal Leg Spasms”
I placed a pillow under the small of my back and began to notice some relief, but not enough. I ventured a little further and added the three suggested supplements that continued coming up during in my readings. I checked with my physician, pharmacist, and oncologist and there were no issues from their desk. Please check, because what I eat doesn’t fill you up🤗 I’ve been taking it for about a month and I’m no longer experiencing the spasms or pain. It’s to my surprise that I’ve been set free.
The following Supplements’ are used with lots of water.
* Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg
* Melatonin 3 mg
* Vitamin B6 25 mg (Pyrodoxine)
I hope this works for you! Keep Enjoying Your Blessings🎀💗🎀
