There are 4 types of neuropathy so symptoms can vary and yes dehydration could be part of the issue. I also take magnesium. Have you talked with your oncologist team?

Revlimid causes them. Drinking more water usually helps.

I had forgotten to take my vitamin D the oncologist gave me. Thank you for your comments I have been slack on staying hydrated. THANK YOU!!

Hydrate. I take calcium and magnesium with D3 & K2. These supplements helped stop my muscle spasms and cramping.
