Yes! My nails split as well. I also have to keep mine very short. I have ridges from the Darzalex

Pat, my fingernails (all of them) chip and split when they get slightly beyond my fingertips. I have to trim them often and very short to keep from snagging on fabrics and splitting further.

Mine became that way splitting and peeling after my stem cell transplant and ever since. I take a large dose of biotin morning and night and that seems to do the trick.

My some of my fingernails are clubbing (curving downwards & widening). On those fingers, some bone pain sometimes above the the fingernails.

My oncologist team recommended Biotin for nail and hair. I take 5000 mcg daily and noticed the difference right away.
