I have not received anything and both my PET scans at beginning and at 10 months clear of lesions-normal. My concern is since my last treatment (5-31) I have been having more then usual pain, today was pretty rough. My joints in ankles/wrist crack noise, walking slower then normal. I did get a dr appt for tomorrow morning-
Hi Andrea...like Paula and Sandra, I'm not getting any formal bone treatment like Zometa, but I am taking supplements. I take D3 and Curcumin and will begin taking strontium, calcium, magnesium, and K2 next week (slowly introducing various supplements). Good luck at your doctor's appointment tomorrow...sending prayers!
Andrea,
With what we have, supplements are very needed. I wish doctors would test for vitamin deficiencies.

Update- dr stopping Revlimid for two weeks. Running a bunch of bloodwork-plus lime, uti and arthritis. Waiting 🤔 and I’m resting today, my body obviously is saying something. Thanks- I do take calcium +D3, multivitamin and occasionally curcumin because I’m on eliquis. My doctor continues to tells me other supplements aren’t needed but I will continue to do more research and will take suggestions always.
I am taking 1200 mg of calcium with D3 I take vitamin B complex and a multi vitamin. I drink lots of water and I do drink 1 cup of coffee a day and once in a while I drink zero sugar Pepsi. I did not do the SCT and I am not getting the bone treatment. I am going to get an appt with a neurosurgeon sometime on the fall to see about back surgery for my compression fractures.
Andrea,
Are you taking Curcumin or any other supplements to help with inflammation? What about calcium, magnesium, D3 & K2. Are you getting enough? These are what help me. Avoid salty foods, carbonated drinks, caffeine as they take calcium out of the bones.
