@A MyMyelomaTeam Member,
Does your doctor have you on Furosemide? After my mom’s cancer surgery she lost 30 lbs of water weight in less than a week. Her legs were so heavy, I would have to slide them to get her out of bed. She couldn’t lift them they were so heavy. Talk to your doctor.

Unfortunately many on this site have experienced the same thing. MM eats through the bone or osteoporosis thins them. I'm sorry it happened to you. It's my worst nightmare.🌹

I'm nearing 79 and have never broken a bone.
recognised symptoms decades ago as dad died
diagnosed with MM in '22.
pain in my bones is arthritis -had since in my 20s. [producing 5 children kept my mind off that]
my diet doesn't include added salt, sugar. the only fat, used sparingly, is olive oil.

MM doesn't eat the bones - well, not for we people down under.
Zoledronic Acid is great in making bones stronger - AND, don't forget exercises; move, don't slack around; eat well...[but don't get fat!], enjoy the sun outside.
