Eat well means fruits, carbohydrates. But most of MM patients are diabetic also. Sugar level may go to alarming levels because of chemo and other medicines which are steroids viz. Dexa. Foods, fruits high in pottasium may be harmful to those who have kidney problems. So selecting low pottasium fruits also helps.

I'm not diabetic. But my blood sugar did go up on steriods. I love fruit, but I do better eating low sugar veggies and low fat protein like chicken and turkey💕

Steroids cause sugar to spike. I became diabetic after contracting mm. After discovering I had diabetes, they lowered my dex from 100 mg to 2 vials If you haven’t done so yet , get a diabetic diet. Aside from sugar n foods, watch the carbs.
