Alicia, so what type of myeloma do you have? Are you getting Darzalex? For those of us who produce an m spike, it's always good to have it at 0.0. Darzalex will show an m spike of about 0.2 on the kappa region on an electrophoresis. If your myeloma is IgG kappa it's hard to tell if it's your myeloma or the Darzalex unless your lab does a Daratumab specific immunofixation. That way they know it's Darzalex and not your myeloma. As long as you m spike is going down, I think you're okay. With kappa myeloma, the kappa Lambda ratio will go up when your myeloma is active. It might take several months of treatment for your light chains and ratio to stabilize 💕💖
