I am asking for the light chain number
My wife says she has seen over 4,000.
Thankfully, my wife's doctor kept a close and hers was 118 at the age of 69. She is about to go into remission after 8 months of therapy. We will have been married 46 years this August.
I was 63 when I was diagnosed. I just retired. I have been in remission for 3 plus years.
Hi 4000 must be for another portion of a lab report.
Example 6/11/25 my immunoglobulin G was 8081. It is now 4078. I am on my third line of treatment.
Kappa was 82.4, lambda 5.4 and ratio 15.26.
Not sure the 4000 you mentioned is light chain. If possible get a print out of your labs.
DX was 5/27/25. First set of labs 6/11/25, first tx of Darzalax and Velcade and dex on 7/3/25.
Last labs show immunoglobulin G 4078.
Kappa 37.3, lambda 4.2 and ratio 8.9.
I’m sharing that to show how the numbers on my labs read. They are smaller than the 4000 mentioned in your post and have a decimal point in the value.

All the best
Never made it to remission but I am fighting it now for 16 years. Chemo every month but it’s better than the alternative. 🥰🥰
67 in remission 2yrs.
