I added K2 and calcium and collagen to my vitamins I have been on Zometa for just shy of three years I find I don’t have any problems with my bones or teeth with this addition Zometa has the same side effects as the drug you are taking

I take something once a year too and vitamin D-3 no problems with the zometa

I get an XGEVA shot monthly. So far no problems. I watched a presentation on this drug from a Dana Farber doctor. He said to take vitamin D and calcium supplements also.

I had side effects on Xgeva after being on it for 2 years. Problems with my teeth. 2 root canals and infections. Had one tooth pulled. Bone protruding through my gums, still. Osteonecrosis.
