I just started Darzelex Faspro 4 days ago. Two days after, I got a bad headache. The headache is better but I’m extremely low energy. I start Pomalyst tomorrow. Can anyone tell me how long the extreme fatigue lasts?

Laurie, feel better soon.💜 My specialust has talked about giving me IVIG. But I haven't been sick. Do you know if your immunoglobulins are low?
It turns out that the reason I felt so poorly is that I had an upper respiratory infection, probably from the Dara. I just completed my 8th weekly injection, and I’m tolerating the Dara faspro well. Just fatigue.
