Just been summoned for a two week Federal trial. Had anyone been excused from jury duty because they are immunocompromised? They gave me only 5 days to respond. 🙄
Our oncologist wrote a letter saying that he couldn't serve since he was going through treatment.
My oncologist got me excused. It was the height of covid but I bet you can get it too!

My husband got excused. He told them he had a blood cancer and had side effects from meds and disease.
Yes my dr was happy to fill out the paperwork for me!
