Hello! Zometa infusions make me feel a little bit like I have the flu - aches and pains, and tiredness. This usually subsides within 1-3 days. Hot tea seems to help and general rest. You could also ask your doctor if it is ok to take Tylenol prior to the infusion. This also seems to help. Take care and God bless!
