I started off with Gabapentin, but I could only take at night (instead of the prescribed 3 times a day) because of the fatigue it caused and my symptoms continued to worsen. I later switched to Cymbalta, and the neuropathy seems to have stabilized.

I take gabapentin once a day prescribed by my oncologist. Seems to help.
