My Consulting Doc from Johns Hopkins said to me that once I got to Complete Remission (CR) (clonoSEQ - 10 -6, no cancer per million cells), then my original t(4,14) is not likely be to found with a new BMB, but if I were to have MM return, it would probably have the t(4,14) again.

At the 10 -6 CR level, 0 and 1 high risk are basically, the same risk at that point (as per the clonoSEQ longevity charts from their Case Studies).

Jeannette, click on this article of Dr. Lonial from Emory. They use KRD plus transplant for high risk patients. Then KRD for maintenance. Kyprolis did not work for me. Even though it's supposed to work for high risk patients. I was given Darzalex and Pomalyst instead. Which I am still on. Hope this helps💕
