I get it (Xgeva) every three months. It is standard to get it every month but I am terrified of the osteochronosis of the jaw side effect, so compromised by getting it less often. I think it makes my teeth hurt but maybe it’s not from the Xgeva!

I have been on Darzalex for months now which is daratumab. If it’s the same as you are taking I really don’t get many side affects. Little diarrhea and runny nose !

Ron had 6 darzalex infusions before switching to the faspro injection. The only side effects seem to be from the preinfusion meds: sleepiness from benadryl (requiring a nap! 😴 ) on day of, and jitters presumably from increased dexamethasone (orally once/week) that continually affects him.
