Has anyone had a blood test showing Polychromasia and Elliptocytes present and what does it mean?

On Jimmy's last blood report, it showed ia Polychrom present and Elliptocytes present.
.He was diagnosed in August 2020. He has bloodwork quite often. This is the first time to see this
