Im fighting the fatigue that is almost ever present. Wondering if anyone is taking vitamins to combat the fatigue and do they work? B12, etc

Jack, I walk everyday. I think that really helps. I also swim. I do take a multivitamin, extra B 12, D, magnesium and probiotics. But like Julie said, I will be plugging along then suddenly crash and have to rest.

Jackmanno I find when I keep pushing myself to do everything I get very tired. Plus I'm not sleeping good at night again. My body just hurts and my right arm is numb. So I get up and go go go then just crash. I take lots of vitamin and supplements. So I just chalk it up to the MM.

Treatment dries your skin real bad, use a good lotion all over every day.
