Does Anyone Have An Autoimmune Disorder As Well As MM?

I am now in Active MM and it is escalating at an alarming rate. My light chain ratio went from 80% to 182% in 4 weeks. All the other numbers are also going crazy. I start chemo Tuesday. I will be on the following:
Daratumad, Velcade, and Cyclophosphamide. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like they have told me everything has chance of secondary cancers. Probably true. My primary cancer is primary concern
