Has anyone had a lesion return after being radiated? It's been 2.5 yrs since the radiation, 1 yr since ASCT. The lesion is on the occipital condyle (worst bone to break). With 6 new Car-T Cell Therapy's now approved by the FDA since 2017, how do we know which one works best?
Going to have my stem cell transplant in 3/12 weeks. I will be hospitalized for 2 to 3 weeks I’m told. I’ve lost 30 plus pounds.
Will I be losing more weight? Will I gain weight months after my transplant? Should I get rid of my old me clothes? I don’t want to keep buying clothes. Please help. Thanks in advance for answering my questions. I truly appreciate it.
Ps I was on Revlimid , Velcade, Darzalex Fastpro and Dexamethasone.

Is it common for a doctor to see that the kappa light chain is out of normal range and the IgG is raising and the M spike is stable? She’s keeping me on the same medication 4 mg of Ninlaro every Wednesday for three weeks and 21 days on 25 mg of Revlimid 4 mg of decamethazone on the Wednesdays that I take the in Ninlaeo?
I’m confused and perplexed.
