I've completed initial treatment and SCT and I'm now in remission. I am on 10 mg Revlimid for Maintenance. But that takes care of the MM. What about the bone pain, fatigue, etc. that remain? Has anyone experienced severe groin pain. Without going into to much detail, my husband has severe pain radiating from his back all the way to his groin. No one can tell us what’s causing it. He’s on all this darn pain medication that’s not doing him any good. He take 200 mg of slow release Tramadol, 15mg morphine, Flexerill at bed time to be able to sleep at all. I was diagnosed with MM in 2022 and I did not have a Stem Cell Transplant but my numbers are coming down. At times I have a lot of back pain but I do take perscription pain meds 2x daily for my back since I had 4 compression fractures which has healed. I working on walking 2 miles a day. I do cook and do other things but if my back starts hurting I have to sit down and rest my back. I have very bad neuropathy due to Induction. Treatment like dexamethasone did really bad things to my muscles. During the day and as I awake in the morning, the underside and even the inside edge of my feet will have very bad cramps. I'll flex my feet to relieve it some. I've just started taking magnesium oxide (250mg daily). I'm also stretching them at the gym but it still has a long way to go.

Any recommendations ?

Ahoy shipmates, I had 9 compression fractures repaired with kyphoplasty. I still have back pain. The doctor told me I have arthritis.

What actions or treatments are working to help alleviate Lower Back Pain and discomfort?

For instance, I've had severe CPIN for over a decade due to Velcade and the only pain med that helps reduce the pain is Percocet. Any folks here in similar situation? Are you using opioids for pain relief? If so, what is your daily dosage?

They’ve been recommended to help with my neuropathy.
