In remission 2 years 4 months but paraproteins just starting to reappear albeit low. I am doing mindfulness and trying to take things a day at a time.

The real cbd not the cheap stuff can reduce pain. My palliative care doc offered to help me get medical marijuana but I haven’t yet but I do know people on it and it’s helps pain a lot. Hugs
