I am going on medicare in December and I have been paying $10.00 for my Revlimid because I have medical coverage through my employer . On Medicare its$1700 per month( give or take). I do not qualify for assistance with Healthwell . I make just over the amount for assistance . With part D ,I have to spend over $6000 in order to exit the medical , then I was told it will be $894 per month. Does anyone know how to get a lower cost?or how to navigate a better plan with medicare?

Like so many with MM, pain is a major symptom. My husband is on Tramadol (an opiod) and Tylenol. Tylenol causes his kidney function numbers to rise, so he's hesitant to use this. And of course as we all know, opiods can and usually are addictive. CBD has been suggested, but he is also on blood pressure medication and has been told not to use CBD. So none of these choices is good. My question is: What are others doing for pain management? Also, has anyone had accupuncture, and if so, did… read more
The gentleman is in the process of diagnosis but appears to possibly be a blood cancer. They are giving him transfusions because of his bloodwork numbers. Transfusions didn't make me sick so I'm not a lot of help.
