How much Lyrica are people using per day to help with Neuropathy?
What side effects?
What other Meds are you taking with Lyrica to also reduce Neuropathy?
Are you experiencing swelling of your hands and fingers due to Lyrica - if so how do you deal with it?
For a few months, I’ve been on 75mg of Lyrica, twice daily. I’ve been okay’d by my GP to increase my Dose to 4 times daily but reading about Lyrica’s side effects, swelling of the hands and feet is a listed issue.

I take gabapentin for my feet but it doesn’t take all the pain away. In fact, I have pain in my legs. It helps but doesn’t take all the pain away.😞
My doctor prescribed Gabapentin to help, but the neuropathy doesn’t seem much better. I am trying to build strength and not need a walker to get around since my hospital, stay for pneumonia, but the “pillow feet” make me uneasy. Both feet feel numb.
Has anyone found something that helps more with the neuropathy?
My doc prescribed Gabapentin. 300mg once a day for a week. Then 2 a day for a week then finally 3a day. How does everyone feel taking it
I couldn't take it. Never worked so doctor switched me to lyrica.
I have weekly acupuncture and also reflexology massage and do episode salt soaks. My primary care doctor is really pushing gabapentin but I have not heard of great results from that either and prefer to keep medications at a reasonable minimum. Am I just being stubborn?
I think it's from the Revlimid which I have taken daily for three years as maintenance. My oncologist says its not 🤷♀️
I would like to try CBD for pain control as well as help with nausea. It seems like there is a lot of information out there and I really don't know where to begin. Can anyone advice me on what works for them? Thanks
I take 800mg if gaba 4 times a day and pericent 10 mg for pain

It was quite helpful but I was at a point of wanting to get off all meds possible. At that point, the list was very long.
Though I'm doing well physically, I'm finding the aftermath of treatment has really affected my ability to focus on big tasks. I'm a programmer and I do electronics design and… read more
Has anyone taken this medication for back pain?
My husband does Palliative care too and it has really helped! Better quality of life! Don't be afraid to try it!!
Shipmates,
Did your neuropathy come on gradually after taking MM meds? How long after meds did your neuropathy start? So far I’ve been blessed no neuropathy but plenty of lower back pain. I’m wondering if neuropathy is another phase of MM. is this what I’m looking forward to next? Thank you so much. Wishing you a blessed day with smooth sailings.
Many thanks Sidney. I'll h e a look into to it with my Oncologists.
