My MM husband got his RSV vaccination and had no side effects at all, not even a sore arm. His MM specialist recommended it. His PCP and oncologist were neutral on him getting it.

My husband had the flu shot, rsv and Covid shot two weeks apart as recommended by his oncologist. The RSV shot did not bother him at all.
