Last April I had an auto stem cell transplant and I'm still building my immune system. Since December I have been continuously sick with colds and or sinus infections. I really haven't had more than a day between illnesses. I've been referred to a nose/throat doctor. Any recommendations s of what I can try between now and the appointment? I'm sick of feeling sick.
