After 22 Years My Husband Is Slowly Coming Out Of Remission. First SCT 1999. Proposing 2nd Stem Cell Transplant? What To Do?

My husband diagnosed with MM 1999 with MM. Had VAD. Kyphoplasty 3 levels then autologous stem cell transplant. All in 1999
In 2015 was started on revlemid for maintenance and did well until this year. M protein levels starting to slowly climb. Switched to daratumumab/velcade//dexamethasone in March and M protein level stable but not decreasing. Specialist wants to repeat autologous stem cell transplant. Would CART T be a better option? Other Options Rather Than Stem Cell Transplant

Other Options Rather Than Stem Cell Transplant

Oncologist preparing for stem cell transplant for my husband, but after careful research, he does not know if he wants to undergo such a grueling procedure which has no guarantee of remission. He is doing quite well with his weekly chemo treatments which have astounded his doctors. Has anyone used alternative measures other than stem cell transplant, and instead decided on another version of treatment. We are so overwhelmed and indecisive about this.
