I am waiting to see a specialist. I need to know what symptoms are common with MM besides the back pain and fatigue?
I had pain in my hips and one arm which broke lifting a case of 12 pop and was diagnosed from there
Multiple myeloma for the last 9 years and have never been as tired as I have been for the last two weeks!
It's the myeloma and the treatments. Exercise and a healthy diet do help. I had to realize I just can't do what I use to.

Told my hematologists about all the pain I’ve been having in random places and his suggestion was a steroid taper? Anyone else take a steroid for bone pain?
I’m on maintenance of 5Mg, my pain will come in my ankle, hip or back through the end of my cycle, I will take Dexamethazone 4mg for a couple of days that seems to work for me
I don't have any new breaks/fractures. I have one fracture of the L1 which happened eight years before my diagnosis. So far so good.
Can someone tell me more about Ig infusions? My oncologist wants to start me on them due to being sick all the time.
