Jean,
I think the truth is, we are all different and they don’t know. Many who have tried many drugs previously, are doing well on this new drug Teclistamab (Tecvayli). I pray he responds well.

Sharing my point of view 🙏
Your husband is in a very strong position by receiving an advanced treatment like Teclistamab. These modern therapies are wonderful because they give the specialists perfect control over targeting the cells, completely changing the old expectations about shorter remissions.
In this battle, I have been fighting high-risk myeloma lgG Lamda t(4;14) del 17 monosomy 13 loss of tp53 aggressive type for three and a half years on maintenance with VRd ,Suffering through the symptoms, side effects and other issues stressful Nearly giving up. Now I have a second cancer is not a matter of life or death but a matter of health or the treatments available, combined with personal endurance, willpower, and deep prayers to God (Allah). You can ask God for strength, and you will be granted what you need,
InsyaAllah, by His perfect will. Here I am, still standing and writing to you. In myeloma, everyone's experience is unique, and our bodies can truly surprise us. Treatments work beautifully when we give them time. When the anxiety about side effects and the future feels too heavy, encourage him to stay calm and relaxed. Tell him to take a deep breath, close his eyes, and rest Human effort combined with deep faith can make him wonders.
Sending your husband strength, smooth step up doses, and prayers for a complete recovery! 🙏☀️
