My bones hurt, l'm constantly tired, my stomach is messed up, l'm weak, l can't get enough oxygen. My daughter asked me if l would feel like this the rest of my life. Is there periods of time during maintenance where l will feel healthy again for periods of time?

Members responded with encouragement to the question of whether someone with multiple myeloma will ever feel better, with the overall message being that improvement is possible but takes consistent effort. Several members shared that physical therapy, staying active, and maintaining a positive mindset made a meaningful difference in their recovery, with one member noting clear improvement after two months of PT following back fractures. A recurring theme was the value of leaning on the community, communicating openly with your care team, and using trusted resources like the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation for guidance.

Michael,
I just ordered Optimized Curcumin Longvida from ProHealth. Curcumin helps me with pain, and it has been shown to help with MM.

Michael, yes you will feel better but it’s work to get there. I have been doing physical therapy since I have back fractures and after two months I’m better and overall feel better. As hard as it is you have to keep moving. The more you do the better you will feel. Don’t let MM take over.. stay positive and beat it ! Wishing you all the best success!

Michael,
A friend’s had cancer all over her body and had a small amount of chemo everyday. She was in her 80’s. She never felt the effects of chemo until she stopped taking DDR Prime from Do-Terra. It’s Frankincense. It may help you.
