@AnnCoughlin - I am currently participating in a clinical trial involving elranatamab. My last bone marrow biopsy showed no detectable cancer in my marrow. My doctor congratulated me on achieving this without a SCT. I was so happy I cried. I did experience CRS the first week of the trial but it was quickly resolved thanks to the excellent staff at UAB and my MM specialist. Everyone is different. I still have continued step up dosing for the next year but my doctor is optimistic.

Don’t be afraid. Don’t worry. Stay positive and surround yourself with positive people, and activities.
