Iberdomide has just been approved by the FDA and looks to be a replacement for Revlimid with fewer less toxic side effects. All the best.....

If you’re MRD Negative at 10 -6 (none per million cells tested), it’s much safer to Monitor without MM Meds.

Revlimid is poison and it’s capable of causing secondary cancers. As well if you become resistant to it then you can’t use it for a future relapse.

Hi Debi, On Lenalidomide maintenance for just over 3 years. Have been MRD negative for that long too. Side effects became to much to bear. With Onc Doc buy in stopped Lenalidomide July 7h this year. Some side effects better others come and go. First labs after stopping due late September. Will keep all posted

A new study came of saying 2 years is enough if you are MRD negative.
