Clinical trial results from the pivotal phase 3 EXCALIBER-RRMM trial showed that iberdomide combined with daratumumab and dexamethasone (IberDd) achieved a 41% minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative complete response rate at any time, compared to 21% for the standard comparator arm containing daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (P < 0.0001). This deep molecular response formed the primary basis for the FDA's accelerated approval.

I was informed Iberdomide (brand name Zenbexus) is an oral cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) approved by the U.S. FDA in August 2026. It is used with daratumumab and dexamethasone to treat adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.
Has anyone heard about this new drug and has anyone started this new drug ?
