What showed up was a cancer tumor at #7. I had it removed and am living with my mm diagnosis. But I still have the rib and nerve Pain Anyone else have nerve pain with your mm? Thanks.
Hi Linda, I find that the tramadol do help a little. I only take it once a day but nothing is perfect so I try to do is do as much exercise and walking and give myself grace.
Linda,
Surgery and radiation can leave lasting effects. I’m glad you don’t have pain today.❤️ Start keeping a log of activities and food to see why you feel good and bad. I find salty foods make everything hurt.

Linda,
Did you have the tumor surgically removed or did you have radiation and treatment? If it was surgical, that may explain the nerve pain. I’ve broken at least 10 ribs, and it’s not just the bone involved but the cartilage and nerves in your case. Mine still hurt when it is going to rain. My mom had a tumor on her spine. 2 tiny (baby finger print size) fentanyl patches made all the difference in her quality of life. She never had any side effects. I don’t know if a Pain Management Specialist would give you this, but you can ask. Palliative Care can prescribe pain medications too.

Sorry you're going though the pain but you're not alone. I also have those pains. Staying hydrated and warm wraps with my spa lady. Make me feel great.
Hi, I currently living with MM and have pain in my back due to multiple back fractures. I have tried multiple pain management injections, which I found they do not work and currently taking tramadol once a day, which takes the edge off my back currently going physical therapy to strengthen my back. It’s a long journey which I hope will get better we continue work.
