You need an MM Specialists. I’m not sure they have any in Las Vegas. You could probably do a virtual visit with a MM Specialist at City of Hope. X-rays are useless for MM. Have you had a bone marrow biopsy? FYI, Kappa tends to clog the kidneys. You need to be watched closely and please drink pure water more than any other drink.

I had MGUS for 8 years with high light chains. I was just watched carefully. Then I got rib pain. Thought it was because I was carrying my dog. Had a PET scan. Had lesions in my ribs. Started treatment. It’s been 9 months. My bmb started at 40%. Last one was 3%. Treatment is working. I’m now on maintenance.
