Hi Wilma, I’ve had two ablations also and they helped for maybe a week. Not sure if you are on pain meds but I was on 60 mg of oxycodone a day and when I decided (on my own) to start getting off of it by lowering the dose every couple of weeks my back started hurting less. I googled oxy and sure enough the pain med that was to help me was part of the problem. I am now down to 15 mg a day and back feels much better. Oxy is hard to get off because is causes side effects… but I’m going to get completely off even if it takes some time. Do research on any meds you are on, you never know what other issues they can cause. Hope you can find some relief. 😮‍💨 Best wishes!
