I take Activated Charcoal for that. BRAT diet too. Probiotics.
I’m sorry you are experiencing that. I just had it for 2 weeks. Today I feel normal, it it can come back fast.

Tina,
My leg and foot cramps are gone. I take calcium & magnesium with D3 to absorb the calcium and K2 which tells it where to go- to the bones. If you are not able to take magnesium, then take D3 & K2. Hopefully with enough of it, you will bring your calcium level down. The protocol I used brought mine high calcium down and the was taking 1200-1400 mg of calcium a day.

😚 very frustrating and painful
Went to ED my sodium was low - chronic kidney disease and arginine vasopressin Dysfunction

I went to the ED, my calcium is only 10.6 so that was not the issue
My sodium was 129. I had a young PA - he was very good. He gave me 300cc of a 1000cc normal saline IV
Brought my sodium up perfect
Unfortunately, I have been spending most of today with the runs. Can not use electrolyte drinks, just drinking keifer
