I started taking Astaxanthin at the end of March. I experienced soft stools but not diarrhea. I would stop for a day, then start again. I am only taking 3 mg and am hoping to work up to 12mg. Currently, I am taking it everyday. I purchased mine from ValAsta, because they are the ones who have the Patent. Why waste money on ones that don’t work. My M-Spike went down from 0.5 to 0.4, on a low dose. I would rather take something natural like this with the one tiny side effect, than toxic medicine that does not cure cancer.
