What is the usual therapy if relapsing after Revlimid / lenalidomide?

Diagnosed in 2020. I had a bone marrow transplant in 2021, Revlimid, and now I am relapsing. Seeing my doctor soon.

Ahh, Nancy, you're a mere child. I'm 84, and I think lots of folks here are going to die of something other than MM. I've been away from it for over 16 years. Shooting for 100.

My husband will be starting immunotherapy. There are different treatments. I did my research and we chose the best for him at 82. He started his treatment journey at 74. Cart T is the best. But because of his age it was a no for us.

I’m 74 now. I’m waiting to see what my doctor recommends next month. Every case is different and I may be too old for Car-T ??? It was not the recommended treatment when I had my SCT. The tech with me during cell withdrawal said that Car-T could someday be the “answer” for lots of cancers. He was very optimistic.
