Fluticasone, Claritin-D (12 hour), Benadryl help somewhat. My nose was leaking so badly a few weeks ago, I should have bought stock in Kimberley-Clark as I used boxes of tissues. Sometimes it just has to run its course. Better than my profusely bleeding right nostril for almost two weeks. Ended up at my ENT and she cauterized it. Truly disgusting.

Hi @A MyMyelomaTeam Member. I used to be on Revlimid and did not experience what you describe. However, I am currently enjoying a deep response from Teclistamab and Talquetamab. Because my immune system was so suppressed, I had a lousy winter with the most stubborn bronchial and sinus infection I've ever had. It is improved now, except for a constantly dripping nose. Very annoying. Benadryl is the only thing that actually works well, but I do limit it for cardiac purposes. Talk to your doctors about carefully using Benadryl.

Hello Joseph. I'm pon my very first chemo right now and doing radiation all this week. In reading I come to know that MM is hard on our immune system. So I'm incorporating diet and life style to deal with that fact. So it's our fight. Proper defense is our choice. Feel better and find your Joy for peace and strength. 🙏
