I love red meat and eat it about once a week. I also have gout, so I have watched my red meat and beer intake even before MM. Also to consider what foods you are eating most of the time. A high fiber diet with lots of water and cardio helps you clean out your system to allow you to eat more of the things you like occasionally. I think sugary snacks are probably worse than red meat, but I eat those in moderation too.

well not to get political but seriously ,who can afford red meat these days. but that aside I gave it up years ago when I had an intestinal.blockage, doc said go easy on the dense protiens, so I gave up all mammal flesh. nip that in the bud before it lead to a colostomy bag.
