Thank you very much for your response. My Dr. just scheduled me for a bone marrow biopsy next week. I'm nervous about the progression and possible need for treatment.

CRAB features (calcium, kidneys, anemia, bone lesions)
MRI or PET-CT findings

Monitor much more closely (often monthly)
Recheck FLC ratio and marrow %
Consider MRI/PET-CT
