During my initial Induction in 2021, my IgG went down to 300. Even after stopping my MM Meds in June 2022, it took a year for my IgG to get to around 380.

It wasn’t until after my Bone Lesion recovery in Oct/Nov 2023 (started treatment for it on Sept 1st, 2023 and my change to a Plant Based Diet and plenty of Supplements did my IgG start to more rapidly increase. By mid 2024, it was around 600+.

Now 20 months later it’s finally at 751.

Your IgG is a little low. This is totally expected due to Treatment meds like DarzFasPro.

Values vary per Lab. 716 is Normal Low. Mine are now 751. This took 2 years of being Off All MM Meds.

Though you’re low, your value is high enough that for myself I would not get an IgIV. I stayed around a level of 350 for quite some time and slowly improved with diet, supplements and exercise.

Basically All of your Values indicate that you’re in Remission. I very much expect that when you get the Lab test #123218, you’ll have No MSpike.

If you do have No MSpike then get yourself the Blood Test clonoSEQ MRD Test. Contact clonoSEQ.com to find a Provider that will assist you if your Onc won’t.

This does Not require a new Bone Marrow Biopsy (BMB). So long as your Hospital has an Archive of your Original BMB, the clonoSEQ people will retrieve an Archived Sample to compare to your currently submitted Blood Sample to determine if you’re MRD Negative at 10 -6 (no cancer per million cells tested).

If you’re MRD Negative, entirely your choice, it would be worth considering and discussing with your Onc (or a second opinion if needed) to change to Monitoring without MM Meds.

Being off MM Meds can easily take a year or more for All of your Labs to Recover to Completely Normal Levels. In doing so, you’ll be Healthier and Stronger Against Infections

Oncologists Know For Sure That Continued Use of DarzFarPro Continues to Kills Off Your Natural Killer Cells - these are our most Important Defense Against Disease and Cancer.

It’s very unlikely for an Onc to Offer this Info on their Own because it’s Outside the FDA Standard of Care Guidelines (and their Financial Interests), but if you have a Good Onc and Discuss these Details, your Onc should Confirm the Accuracy of All of this Info and be willing to Work with you in a Monitoring Relationship.

That said, there’s plenty of Oncs that say “My Way Or The Highway”. That response is entirely Financially Motivated.

If Needed, Always Feel Comfortable to Get a Second Opinion.

Thomas and Larry you are both doing good! Mine IgG level is 727 with no treatment. I wonder how low it would go with treatment ? My IgM is 42. Thomas, if all of us could eat as healthy as Larry, we would all be cancer free.

The IgA, IgG, and IgM are a simple Blood Test - not from the BMB
