Anyone who has been on pomalyst for a while (I have been on it over 2 years) break out in a spontaneous rash? This is what the doctor at the clinic diagnosed it as Maculopapular rash on upper chest does have some small vesicles that appear to have a very small amount of clear fluid. I do believe that most likely her rash is drug-induced due to her immunomodulatory medications due to its appearance. He prescribed a steroid and a steroid cream and told me to contact my oncologist. Whoa, just one pill!! 😳 Scary for sure
I was on pomalyst for 2 years. I remember my main concern was fatigue, shortness of breath and weakness. I used CeraVe skin cream and Dove soap for dry skin to bathe. Both helped my skin.
Now, on TALVEY and I had to switch to AVEENO for dry skin to bathe. It works!
Still using CeraVe cream.
I've been on Pomalyst for 8 years. I haven't had a rash, but I sure wish I could get off of it. My skin is very dry. It has some tough side effects.
I couldn't tolerate full body rash, primarily face scalp mouth etc. lasted 3 days, just had to stop! Similar if not worse than revlimid in the past.
