Angela,
I find when I take my supplements on a regular basis and avoid salty foods, caffeine, carbonation and sugar, I feel better. My pelvis and hip don’t hurt. My back feels better. I can sleep. I take 1400 mg (1/2 in the morning, 1/2 later in the day) of Calcium & Magnesium (MRM Bone Maximizer III) plus extra D3, K2, Vitamins C, A and E complex. In 2019, my pain was so bad, I stopped driving for months. Now it is 6 years later and I drive all the time.

Claritin will work on bone pain. Whether it's in the back or femur. Whether it will work on your bone pain or back pain you'll just have to try it. The pain in your back could be caused by a slip disc or a fractured vertebrae or other problem that Claritin's not going to help.
It won't hurt trying it for a week or two.

Angela, My Hemotologist at the Mayo Clinic told me to take Claritin daily for my bone pain. I started taking it in 2017 and last October I decided to stop taking it and I noticed an increase in my bone pain and I started taking it again. My bone pain is now back in check. I have not had any side effects from Claritin.
My advice is to follow doctor’s orders and try the Claritin and see how it works. Good luck, Bob Kelsey
