A question you might ask your doctor or health team is that after 11 years of treatment and I assume it's been Revlimid and velcade if the stem cells would be still active and strong as if he hadn't had treatment.
Some patients go back to treatments that they have already tried and have good results.
Thanks for your reply. He’s already had a few opinions from specialists and seems like there are not many options left at this point that have not already been tried. Will check out the book you recommended. Also, seeing if there are any trials he could qualify for. Thank you!
Dr thinks stem cell transplant would be preferred since he already failed Teclistamab and Talvey. He wants to reset immune system and then keep CAR T for the next step if needed.
