Paula, thank you for your reply. I am unable to take Calcium. Makes me terribly ill. Cramps are probably due to diet. Eating is poor. Dose of Remlivid is being adjusted. I know that some of foods you eat may give you cramps, but some days those foods are onky ones I can tolerate!!

Christine,
I had cramps in my feet when I got pregnant and found when I took enough calcium supplements, they went away. For MM we need more. What works for me is 1400 mg of MRM Bone Maximizer III (it has calcium, magnesium and other vitamins) then I add extra D3, K2, Vitamin C, E complex and A. The D3 helps you absorb the calcium and the K2 tells it to go to the bones instead of clogging up the arteries. I rarely have cramps now, only when I over-do eating salty foods, or drink coffee or carbonated drinks, which all take calcium out of the bones. I split up the 1400 mg calcium dose. Half for breakfast, then half later.
