Joseph,
Check out Dr Brandy’s book “Beat Back Cancer Naturally.” Dr Brandy has MM and decided since he was a doctor, he could do a lot of research. His book is inexpensive and he shares what he found. It matches well with the supplements I take and the diet I like.

What natural remedies work best for managing multiple myeloma symptoms?

No natural treatment has been proven effective in clinical studies to cure or treat myeloma itself. However, complementary therapies can help manage symptoms and treatment side effects when used alongside medical care.

Here are some approaches that members have found helpful:

For Pain Relief:
- CBD oil or cream (where legal)
- Acupuncture and acupressure
- Heating pads or warm compresses for muscle/joint pain
- Cold compresses for swelling

For Nausea:
- Ginger candies, ginger ale, or ginger tea
- Peppermint or chamomile tea
- Eating small, frequent meals with bland foods

For Nerve Pain (Neuropathy):
- Vitamin B complex
- L-glutamine supplements
- Omega-3 fatty acids

For Overall Wellness:
- Gentle exercise and physical therapy
- Yoga and meditation for stress relief
- Massage therapy

Always talk with your doctor before starting any supplement or complementary therapy. Some can interfere with myeloma medications or cause side effects. Natural remedies should support your medical treatment, not replace it.
