Yes it's a monthly dose but didn't start out that way. I went weekly for 2 months, then 4 month bi-weekly, and monthly since then.

@A MyMyelomaTeam Member - I met with the director of the MM dept at Fred Hutch Cancer Clinic this past week and he told me that patients on Teclistamab have a longer remission than other clinical responses. Great news!!

Started Talvey and Teclistamab together at end of May, 2025 after three failed treatment plans since diagnosis in July, 2024. Just hit complete response in October, 2025 verified by blood labs, PET scan and BMB. Lesions and extramedullary tumors are gone. Am now on maintenance with both drugs on alternating bi-weekly cycles, so I get a dose of each once a month every 14 days. So far, has been a game changer for me.
