I had both knees replaced last year. Yes, it's hard, but it improved my quality of life. I was very strong before I started because of strength training, so PT only added to it. Yes, my left knee has been bothering me! I used ice and heat to make it feel better, took it easy for 2 weeks, even tried a knee brace and extra strength Tylenol. I’m finally feeling like it is almost back to normal.
