If you're taking DarzFasPro or other mAb Maintenance Meds then a 0.1 MSpike must get the Lab test #123218 to see if it's False - if it's False, and therefore, Not Found, a blood sample clonoSEQ test would be perfectly appropriate to do.
Though if you have a much higher MSpike of 0.5 or more and elevated IgG or IgA levels, and elevated Infection markers of CRP, LDH, B2M, and high Kappa/Lambda and Ratio, then it's unlikely that you're MRD Negative.
Rather than just guessing - have them validate their comment based on actual Lab values and the removal of a False MSpike if certain Meds are being used.
Cat, my specialist got my first bone marrow biopsy tube from another facility and sent it for mrd testing. I had over 95% myeloma involvement in my marrow. I didn't see the point of doing the mrd testing. But, now I know he did it because they look at the different clone sequences to see if they have changed. I get mrd testing on my marrow every year. I'm not mrd negative, but my numbers are going down. I still have the same nasty clones I started with. Anyway, I don't know why he hasn't done yours.

I have to request it from my oncologist then I go to hospital to get kit and bring to lab and they draw blood for it and send it somewhere to be done then wait to see if it comes up on My Chart.
